Essiva Beauty Refund & Return Policy

At Essiva Beauty, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • The request is made after 30 days of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned.


2. Return Process

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, Essiva Beauty will arrange a pickup from your address where available.

The product must be securely packed and handed over in the same condition in which it was delivered, including original packaging and labels.

Essiva Beauty reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions stated above.


3. Return & Cancellation Charges

If a return request is approved, the following actual charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return pickup or shipping charges

  • Packaging and courier handling charges

  • Order processing charges

  • Payment gateway transaction fees

Orders cancelled after shipment or refused at the time of delivery will be treated as a return, and the applicable shipping and return logistics charges will be deducted from the refund.

All such charges are non-refundable.


4. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, after applicable deductions.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Photos or video of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After verification, Essiva Beauty will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used beauty/personal care products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery
